	In low season – R500,00 per person per night with a minimum of R2000,00 per night. Prices Exclude VAT of 14%;
	In high season – R600,00 per person per night with a minimum of R2400,00 per night. Prices Exclude VAT of 14%;

This includes the services of a maid between the hours of 07h30 and 15h30 (with the exception of a tea and a lunch break) who will make the beds and clean and tidy.

BOOKING AND CANCELLATION

Our booking policy is that bookings will only be confirmed on receipt of payment in full for your stay and such payment should be made on the latter of either the date on which the booking is made or thirty days prior to arrival.

Payments should be made by bank transfer and bank details will be confirmed at the time of booking.

	If cancellation is made on or less than seven days prior to scheduled arrival – 50% of the amount paid will be forfeited;
	If cancellation is made eight to twenty one days prior to scheduled arrival – 30% of the amount paid will be forfeited;
	If cancellation is made twenty two to twenty eight days prior to scheduled arrival – 20% of the amount paid will be forfeited;
	Bookings cancelled more than twenty eight days prior to scheduled arrival will be refunded in full, less bank charges.

Please note that any amounts owing for extras should be paid to our local representative, Bronwyn Stofberg, before departure.
